The other half of coffee is the pulp of the coffee cherry. That fruit is exactly what Cafété puts at the centre.
- What does CAFÉTÉ taste like?
- Fruity notes, light floral aromas, a delicate natural sweetness and a gentle acidity define the taste. The finish recalls red berries and rosehip — not classic coffee.
- Valued for generations
- An infusion of dried coffee fruit has been enjoyed for generations across coffee-growing regions. CAFÉTÉ carries on that tradition and brings it into a new form.

- Our coffee fruit comes from Brazil – a country whose culture and agriculture have been shaped by coffee for almost 300 years.

Functional
For active moments in everyday life — at the office, on the go or during sport. Sparkling, refreshing, with natural caffeine from the coffee fruit. At 4.5 g of sugar per 100 ml, CAFÉTÉ has over 50 % less sugar than conventional soft drinks.
Social
Around 10 million tonnes of coffee beans are produced worldwide each year — and with them a correspondingly huge amount of coffee fruit. Using it creates value from a part of the harvest that until now brought little return and could mostly only be used locally.
Ecological
Every drink needs a raw material — and almost every raw material needs land. The coffee fruit doesn’t: it grows anyway, about 2.0–2.3 kg per kilogram of coffee beans. For CAFÉTÉ, no additional land is planted, irrigated or fertilised. We work with what is already there.
Economic
The coffee fruit is still often underestimated. CAFÉTÉ turns it into a premium drink — and shows that this raw material holds a market of its own.
