Right of return

You may return unopened goods within 14 days of receipt. Please let us know by email before sending anything back.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened bottles.

If a bottle arrives damaged, send us a photo — we’ll replace it or refund you, with no need to return it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within ten working days of the return arriving.
