Swiss law provides no general statutory right of withdrawal for ordinary online purchases.

Orders placed through our online shop are therefore binding as a matter of principle. No voluntary general right of return or exchange is granted for correctly delivered food and beverages.

If a delivery is damaged or defective, or the wrong product has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please quote your order number and, where damage is visible, include a photo if you can.

We will look into it and, where a complaint is justified, arrange an appropriate solution.
