Sparkling refreshment with an infusion of dried coffee cherry pulp (cascara from Brazil), pasteurised.
The project
CAFÉTÉ is a sparkling drink based on the coffee fruit. Its base is a real infusion of dried coffee fruit — no extract, no flavouring. Added to that: cranberry and elderberry juice, a little beet sugar and carbonation. Bottled in a 33 cl glass bottle, pasteurised, developed and produced in Switzerland.

Ingredients
Water, infusion of dried coffee cherry pulp (water, dried coffee cherry pulp), cranberry juice (5.0 %), beet sugar, elderberry juice (1.0 %), carbon dioxide, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
