Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through the online shop of:

Referred to below as “Cafété”.

The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes an invitation to order. By submitting an order, the customer places a binding order.

An electronic order confirmation is sent once the order has been received.

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Any shipping costs are shown before the order is completed.

Where legally required, the prices stated include value added tax.

The payment methods available in the online shop are shown during the order process. Payment may be processed by external payment service providers.

Delivery is made to the delivery address given with the order, within the areas we serve.

Stated delivery times are approximate. Delays due to circumstances outside our control cannot be entirely ruled out.

Customers are asked to report damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods as soon as possible after receipt to info@drink-cafete.ch.

Statutory warranty rights remain reserved.

Swiss law provides no general statutory right of withdrawal for ordinary online purchases. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, correctly delivered food and beverages can therefore not simply be returned or exchanged.

Claims arising from defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain reserved.
