What is the coffee fruit — and does CAFÉTÉ taste like coffee?

The coffee bean is the seed of a fruit. The red pulp around it is called cascara. CAFÉTÉ is made from a real infusion of that dried fruit, so it doesn’t taste like coffee but fruity — the finish leans towards red berries and rosehip.

How much caffeine is in it?

About as much as an espresso. CAFÉTÉ naturally contains caffeine from the coffee fruit.

Over 50 % less than in conventional soft drinks — 4.5 g per 100 ml.

Yes. CAFÉTÉ contains only plant-based ingredients.

Cool and dark. CAFÉTÉ is at its best well chilled — that’s when the fruit notes and the carbonation come through most clearly.
